The City of Coos Bay’s municipal swimming pool is located along N. 10th Street on the north side of beautiful Mingus Park.

The Mingus Park Swimming Pool is an outdoor, well-maintained, heated facility. The pool offers the community of Coos Bay and neighboring communities, a variety of aquatic activites that include everything from lap swimming to swim lessons.

The City of Coos Bay is proud of our facilities and invite the public to stop by and see what we have to offer in the area of recreation for the entire family.

Swim Lessons
$35.00 per 2-week session for Red Cross Swimming Lessons. Private one-on-one lessons are generally $10.00 per half hour, with a $2.50 pool fee. Check the lesson schedule for more details.

Pool Rental
$50.00 per one-hour minimum. Great for birthdays, church groups, club parties, family reunions, and more. Cost covers up to 30 people and includes 1 lifeguard. The entire pool and building is available during the rental.
